Manage Items

We provide convenient functions for item registration, modification, and deletion.

Item Registration: Individual Items

You can register items individually.

  1. SKUs are automatically generated. You can also enter the SKU details manually.

  2. Please enter the item name.

  3. If the barcode number already exists, please enter it. If it doesn't exist, click on the green Generate button.

  4. Please enter the price and other attributes. You can add or delete attributes by clicking the Edit Attribute button.

  5. Please enter the initial quantity.

Item Registration: "Bulk Add" using Excel

If you have the item list with information in an Excel file, you can register them in bulk.

You can upload an Excel file at Data Center > Import Excel > Bulk Add to register item information all at once.

Add Item Variants

When you have items with various options such as size or color but are otherwise identical, you can quickly add them with the "Add Item Variants" function.

For example, if a wireless computer mouse comes in three colors: black, white, and red, you can enter all three colors in the [Add Item Variants] - [Item Attribute] section. By doing so, you can register three variations of the same item with different colors (Wireless Mouse - Black, Wireless Mouse - White, Wireless Mouse - Red) all at once.

Edit/Delete Data in Bulk

You can edit and delete item data in bulk at Data Center>Item. It is convenient to use when adding new attributes or modifying existing ones.

Edit Data in Bulk using Excel

You can make bulk modifications to item data using Excel.

You can upload an Excel file at Data Center > Import Excel > Bulk Edit to modify item information in bulk.

Items are matched based on the registered SKU.

Add Photos in Bulk

You can upload item photos in large quantities using the "Add Photo" function at Data Center > Item > ... > Upload Photos

  1. Please ensure that the file names for the photos match the SKUs of the registered items.

  2. Please upload the files by drag-and-drop.

  3. Please click the Submit button to complete the process.

Download Photos in Bulk

You can download all registered item photos compressed into a single file at Data Center > Item > ... > Download Photos

Item Recovery

You can recover accidentally deleted items within 30 days at Data Center> Recently Deleted> Restore

Export Excel

You can download the registered item information in Excel format at Data Center > Item > Export Excel

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Can I upload more than two photos for an item?

Only one item photo can be uploaded at the moment.

How do I delete all items?

You can delete all items by going to Data Center > Item. Please change the view settings at the bottom to 500, then select all to delete 500 items at a time.

There's an error in my item name when bulk editing or deleting with Excel.

Please check your item identifier first. Log into BoxHero on the PC/web and go to Settings > Team > Import Excel > Identifier. If you are not using barcodes, please change the identifier to SKU. If the issue persists, please contact our customer support center with a screenshot of the error.
